Delivery

At the moment, we deliver only to Birmingham postcodes, and your designated delivery day is Sunday. To qualify for Sunday delivery, the latest order needs to be placed by Friday at 2pm.

Missed delivery
If you are not able to receive your delivery on Sunday, please phone the office on 0121 798 0214, before 12pm on Friday and we will try to reschedule your delivery.

Due to high demand we cannot guarantee timings for delivery, the usual estimated time that your delivery will arrive will be between 7:00am - 11:00pm.

Any issues regarding delivery please direct message on the website or email orders@kulfibhai.com with your name, order number and issue. 

Orders placed for pick up should be collected on the same day and no later than 12 hours of them being placed, respecting the opening hours (09:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday; 12:30pm to 2:30pm Saturday). We cannot hold stock, therefore it is advisable to come and collect as soon as you receive the ‘Ready for pick up ‘ alert.

Kulfi Bhai, was born out of love for people and we are free of doubt that together we can make this world a better one! With that spirit, ‘A kulfi for a future’ programme was created, with the mission to educate underprivileged children in South Asia in the hopes to contribute towards breaking the cycle of poverty. We strongly believe that children are our future - which is why when each tub is purchased a part of that is donated towards this cause.
